The story begins when Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his partners respond to a call at Beacon Mental Hospital. Upon arrival, they find horrifying scenes of mass murder and encounter a mysterious entity known as Ruvik. Sebastian loses consciousness and wakes up in a nightmarish world filled with monsters, traps, and twisted experiments on the human mind. As he progresses, Sebastian must uncover the mysteries of this place and figure out how to escape the madness he has been thrown into. The deeper he goes, the more reality and nightmare begin to blur.
