Set in 2287, 210 years after the nuclear apocalypse that wiped out much of Earth, «Fallout 4» follows the protagonist known as the Sole Survivor, who wakes up from cryogenic sleep in Vault 111, where his family had been frozen for many years. After his wife is killed and his son is kidnapped, the hero embarks on a journey through the post-apocalyptic world to find his child. The world of the game is set in the Commonwealth, a territory based on Boston and its surroundings. Players will explore ruined cities, abandoned factories, deserted homes, and shelters filled with dangers and secrets. In addition to searching for his son, the player will encounter choices that will determine his future and the future of the Commonwealth. Throughout the game, players will decide which factions to support and how to deal with moral dilemmas.
